1. Monitor the CCT pilot development activities (for selected districts and target households, including community CCT), in close cooperation with the BAPPENAS CCT Team and other development partners involved, providing technical support as requested.
2. Develop and implement methods to assess pilot CCT delivery, impacts, pros and cons.
3. Distill and disseminate lessons learned from the pilot implementation and support any resulting revisions to the various elements of CCT design (targeting, delivery, benefit levels, compliance monitoring, evaluation, etc)
4. Advise on finalizing and implementing plans for the replication and scaling up of the CCT, and on program adjustments during implementation.
